It doesn’t matter what kind of bike you have just that it is in good working order and fits you well. Riding you bike will get you out of the house and into some fresh air. You can share this time with your spouse or friends and make it as easy or hard as you want to.
Make a list of goals you want to accomplish. They may include:
- Ride 3 times a week.
- Ride 50-100 miles per week.
- Get ready for first or long triathlon.
- Improve performance from last seasons.
- Have fun with friends.
